La actuaci\u00f3n, con una <strong>inversi\u00f3n de 15,8 millones de euros<\/strong>, forma parte de la ampliaci\u00f3n de la <strong>l\u00ednea C-4b de Cercan\u00edas<\/strong> y dar\u00e1 servicio a poblaciones del norte como Miraflores de la Sierra y Guadalix de la Sierra.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>edificio hist\u00f3rico<\/strong>, construido en 1955 y declarado <strong>Bien de Inter\u00e9s Patrimonial<\/strong>, ser\u00e1 restaurado respetando su dise\u00f1o original. Sus 412,7 m\u00b2 albergar\u00e1n el vest\u00edbulo, zona de venta de billetes y aseos, incorporando sistemas de <strong>aprovechamiento de energ\u00eda solar<\/strong> y ventilaci\u00f3n natural. Foto: Mariano Santos Chamale.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <strong>infraestructura ferroviaria<\/strong> incluye dos <strong>andenes<\/strong> de 240 metros con marquesinas que cubrir\u00e1n 80 metros, conectados por un <strong>paso inferior<\/strong> equipado con escaleras y ascensores. Para potenciar la <strong>multimodalidad<\/strong>, se habilitar\u00e1 un <strong>aparcamiento de 510 plazas<\/strong> (16 para PMR) y se renovar\u00e1 el acceso viario interior con reposici\u00f3n del carril bici.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La nueva estaci\u00f3n se integrar\u00e1 en el entorno natural pr\u00f3ximo a la sierra mediante zonas verdes, mientras <strong>Adif<\/strong> avanza en la renovaci\u00f3n de la <strong>l\u00ednea ferroviaria<\/strong> que conectar\u00e1 desde Colmenar Viejo con la <strong>red de Cercan\u00edas<\/strong>, fortaleciendo la <strong>movilidad sostenible<\/strong> en la zona norte de Madrid.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Adif ha presentado al Ayuntamiento de Soto del Real el proyecto de rehabilitaci\u00f3n del edificio hist\u00f3rico de la estaci\u00f3n, que se convertir\u00e1 en la nueva estaci\u00f3n de Cercan\u00edas Soto Sur.
